Francisco Lorenzo Pablo owns and operates Finca El Chalum in the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala. Huehuetenango is located in Western Guatemala bordering Mexico. It is extremely diverse and known for producing some of the best coffees in Latin America due to its climate, altitude, water sources, and traditional varieties. Francisco's farm is almost 10 hectares and he only grows Caturra and Bourbon plants. Francisco uses the washed process and it is grown at 1900 MASL. This coffee is remarkable and will quickly become a favorite!

What makes a micro lot special? The farmer notices a certain area of his crop is growing better then the other part of the field. So they give extra care and attention to this small area of the crop which than in turn only provides a small amount of phenomenal coffee.
